On our way out of Plentywood, we notice that they have a Drive In theater. Cool. How many of those are left? We will check back later to see when they start up again in the summer.
The town of Antelope, Montana is having a Centennial Celebration. I like the sign that says "Antelope--next 7 exits". For those of you who have not yet visited Antelope, that is, er, a joke. And you might want to catch the Sweeny Todd production they are having. I don't see a way to order the tickets online, however.
And you know you are from North East Montana (NEMT) if you have ever had a tractor pull you out from being stuck.
We are heading south on State Road 16 back to US2 at Culbertson.
Medicine Lake is not far from the Missouri River and has opportunities for hunting. Still not a huge town with a population of 269, but apparently the hot spot in Montana.
