Dragon Flies

Have you ever been inspected by a Dragonfly? Often they seem kind of friendly. And that is fine, particularly since they eat mosquitoes. They seem to inspect us, and then move along about their business.

Several weeks ago, just about sunset, I had just come home from an errand near sunset, and saw many many dragonfiles in the area—over the bushes, at roof height, down near the lawn. There had been a lot of rain before, and certainly the mosquites were bad.

So it was quite beautiful watching them swarm swoop and hover.

Then I noticed that above all this was a significant number of birds swooping, diving.

So is the cycle of life.
