Dying server

The Major Server here is slowly dying. I think it is the motherboard. After several hours of being on, it simply locks up and needs to be powered off and back on.
Now, it often takes two or three tries to come back, and it is staying up for a shorter period of time.
This is the server/workstation with the printer and file share on, and it is where I write my checks for the business and the household. Sheesh.
