Well, it is the end of the week. The weather outside is really quite frightful. Our winter this year, unlike others in the past, is not a fraud, but is quite real.
There are even signs of old Illinoi hands getting tired of this—what with two weeks below 10, several (four?) significant snow storms, and no end in sight.
But I argue against going to Florida or someplace warm to get away from this. I have done it once or twice, and the problem is that when you come back, you have to get used to it all over again, no?
